WAYNE SILVER
CEO/Founder
A Serial entrepreneur for 30+ years and is an Electrical Engineer specializing in Telecom. He started Encore Telecom in 2013 and its sister company, World Phoning Group a year earlier in 2012. In 2021 he combined both companies into a single entity, WPG - World Performance Group and sold 51% to ESE Entertainment, a company focused on the fast growing esports industry. ESE trades on the TSX.V:ESE. Before Encore/WPG, he founded Phonetime in 1994 and was CEO until 2010. Phonetime grew into a 200+m telecom business and traded on the TSX.
DRAGOS NECULA
Vice President
Vice President of Encore Networks, responsible for the worldwide Sales and Network Operation Teams, he has been involved in the Wholesale Voice business for over 15 years. Joining Encore in 2014, became a partner in the company in 2017, and is respected throughout the Industry. He has deep knowledge of the EMEA region. His team of professionals spans three continents to support our partners in achieving their targets and exploring new growth opportunities.
